Matt Pilates Spring Session (Fridays 10:45-11:45am)


Join Katie for a full body Mat Pilates class!

Pilates is a fitness practice named for its inventor Joseph Pilates. It is a system of controlled movements, which improves strength, flexibility and endurance of the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong powerhouse, or core, and improving coordination and balance.

Session will run for 6 weeks beginning Friday, February 7th for $35.
