Zumba® Toning Mix adds light weights to the dance party to sculpt and tone your muscles.
STRONG Nation®
STRONG Nation® is a revolutionary HIIT workout that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music.
Total Body Conditioning
TBC is a total body workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
Yoga
Century Body Yoga classes focus on basic stretching, flexibility and breathing techniques to help work your muscles in a low impact environment.
Stretch & Recover
Stretch & Recover is a 30-minute class that incorporates stretching and mobility exercises to increase flexibility and improve range of motion. This improves functional fitness performance by helping you perform daily tasks with more ease and reducing chances of injury.
