Who We Are
Century Body is a female-owned and -operated boutique fitness studio located in Columbus, Ohio dedicated to helping people of all ages and fitness levels improve their overall health and wellness.
We offer a variety of in-studio and livestream group fitness classes including Zumba® Fitness, STRONG Nation®, Total Body Conditioning, Stretch & Recover, yoga, and small group strength training.
